Meet Heidi

Heidi Schweitzer received her Pilates training and certification from the Integrated Teacher Training Program of San Francisco, working with world-renowned masters such as Madeline Black, Leah Putnam, Jean Sullivan and Joerg Chabowski.
She began her training in Pilates under Diane Diefenderfer while at the University of California, Irvine. Heidi received her Bachelor of Arts in Dance from Irvine, where she focused on Dance Kinesiology, Body Alignment and Injury Prevention.
As a dancer, Heidi has trained at the Alvin Ailey School NY, University of the Arts PA and Jose Limon in San Jose, CA. She has performed with the Janlyn Dance Company, U Dance Electra and PUSH Dance Company.
Heidi is a native of Silicon Valley, attending Apostles Lutheran and then Lincoln High School, graduating in 1997. While in high school she was in Musical Theater and was also on the Lincoln Convertibles for 3 years. She held the title of lieutenant and holds the first title of Miss Super Dancer 1997 for the USA National Competition.
Today, Heidi is mother to her two beautiful children, Noah and Taliah, with her wonderful husband, Peter. With Peter’s support Heidi is able to carry out her calling as a healer and take her clients to levels that they can’t believe.
