A Strong CORE…a Stronger YOU
“I hear your voice in my head while I walk that says, ‘Connect’!”.Everywhere I look I see cores that are WEAK, covered and forgotten about. Correct posture is out the window, sway backs are swaying, scoliosis is crying and osteoporosis is being ignored. As a body reader, I hear bodies that are breaking down cry out in a little voice, “Help, I hurt and my owner is not listening to me!” (Mostly, it’s visually seeing bodies hurt while walking, standing in line, sitting or getting up from sitting.)
Of course, as we age we ache more. The GREAT thing about Pilates is that you can workout without hurting yourself. In Private, and Semi-Private sessions, you receive a very attentive workout that is designed for you. Every BODY is different and needs it’s own exercises that will help correct posture, balance and bring harmony for your body. With Pilates it all comes from one thing…. A STRONG CORE!
In our small Pilates Mat Classes, Speciality Mat Classes and Workshops, you receive more direction, correction and understanding of Pilates exercises.
