Pre- and Post-Natal Pilates


Pilates is a great pre- or post-natal form of exercise that allows you to strengthen your body without causing strain or injury.

Semi-Privates are great for Mom’s. They understand each other, and don’t mind if you have to bring your little one in.

As a Mom myself, I understand your needs and what happens before and after pregnancy, with the body.
