All Workshops are 6 weeks long. You can purchase all props at Pilates Body. Please contact us to sign-up for workshops. With all workshop you will gain results and have a homeprogram to take home for the workshop. Retreats are ONE DAY events Start time will be 9:00am and will end when we return and end our stretch class.X-Stress with Breath is a ONE DAY workshop start time 10am ending 11:30.

Pilates for Golfers:

Want to improve your golf game? Join this awesome 6 week Pilates for Golfers workshop. Learn Pilates exercises that are sure to improve your game. You will be learning exercises and stretches that you can do at home. You will be introduced to the Apparatus, Roller, Thera-band and floor exercises. Sign-up for either one or both classes.

 

Upper Back and Neck Tension

Are you sitting there reading this with your shoulders up to ears? Do you have limited or no flexibility in your neck due to tension? Do you have lower back? Then this is the PERFECT workshop for you. With the use of Apparatus, and other props you can take these useful tips and exercises home to fight tension!

Roller

Do you have a roller maybe from your Pialtes training or from a Physical therapist, but don't really know what to do with it? Is it just collecting dust in the corner or in the back of the closet? Well, take it out and bring it to this class! You can also get one at the start of the workshop if you need one. In this workshop you will learn how to challenge your core, find better balance, and learn new techniques on how to roll out. Take these exercises home with you for a great home program.

Magic Ring

You see the commericals, you see the DVDs that have the magic ring, but what do you do with it and does it really work? Yes it works! and this workshop is sure to show you what to do with it! Learn exercises that you can take home with you. You will learn how to workout your body head to toe with the Magic Ring.

 

Low Back

Do you have a painful or tight low back? It is time to get out of pain and stretch out those muscles. In this great 6 week workshop you will learn Pilates exercises that will strengthen and stretch your body. With the use of core, back and leg toning and stretches Pilates exercises you are sure to be out of Pain in a matter of no time. Take these exercises home with you and continue to keep your low back happy and healthy.

Small Purple Ball

This little ball will take your Mat Pilates exercises to a whole new level. Challenge your core, back and stretches. It is a great tool to take home for you home program. You can buy the ball at the start of the workshop.

Bike Retreats

Get an awesome one hour Pilates Mat class, then a bike ride, lunch, and a 45 min. rolling and stretch at the end of the bike ride back.

Hiking Retreats

An hour Mat class, then a hike, lunch, and 45 min. stretch class. You will need to bring your mat and blanket to put down.

X Stress with Breath

Is your stress out of control? It is time to learn how to x it with breath. Learn how to idenify your stress and how to stop it before you find yourself Stressed out!
